• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive necessary payment data to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and Philippine BSP regulations.
• KYC Verification Providers: Identity verification service providers receive ID document images and selfie photographs solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and age. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.

The 88il platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. 88il does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If 88il becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all data deleted, pending PAGCOR reporting requirements.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor has accessed the 88il platform must contact [email protected] immediately. 88il will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

The 88il platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and customer support software. When you interact with these services, their own privacy policies may apply to data they process directly. 88il is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services beyond the data processing agreements it maintains with them.

88il does not include third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on the platform that would allow third parties to track your behavior across other websites for advertising purposes.

Some of 88il's service providers — including game streaming providers and cloud infrastructure vendors — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where cross-border transfers occur, 88il ensures that recipient countries provide an adequate level of data protection, or that appropriate safeguards (such as data transfer agreements or standard contractual clauses) are in place, in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

88il will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protection without first obtaining your consent or implementing appropriate legal safeguards.

88il may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform services. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the 88il platform and registered account holders will be notified by email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.

Continued use of the 88il platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
